摘　　要：《欧盟水框架指令》(EU Water Framework Directive,简称EU WFD)自2000年启动以来,欧盟各国在水资源管理和水环境保护领域取得了举世瞩目的成就,这对于我国当前实施《水污染防治行动计划》,开展水生态系统保护与修复工作具有十分重要的借鉴意义。本文综述了文献研究的EU WFD特点与关键原则,对我国近年来的水环境保护和修复工程案例与研究工作进行了总结,提出了我国水环境保护与修复工作应向EU WFD学习的关键要点,希望能给我国相关的科技工作者提供参考。Since the launch of ＂EU Water Framework Directive＂ （EU WFD） in 2000, EU countries have made remarkable achievements in the field of water resource management and protection. This serves a very important reference for the current implementation of China＇s ＂Water Pollution Prevention Plan of Action＂, when carrying out aquatic ecosystem protection and restoration. This paper summarized the characteristics and key principles of EU WFD through literature review, also reviewed water environmental protection and restoration projects and case studies in China in recent years. Based on the review, some key points from EU WFD were proposed for environmental protection and restoration in China with the hope to provide reference points for relevant scientists and engineers.
