摘  要:[目的/意义]为了缓解微信订阅服务中信息过载的现象。[方法/过程]本文构建了一套用于探究用户对分类机制设置偏好的指标体系,利用调查问卷从用户个人因素、信息特质、组织设计三方面开展调查与分析。[结果/结论]本文发现:用户普遍认为,当前微信订阅服务推送的内容存在重复、低质等问题,存在信息过载现象,且用户对微信订阅服务中的分类设置具有一定偏好。基于此,本文提出了建立微信订阅服务中信息过载防控机制的建议。[局限]由于本文仅仅是从理论方面提出了建立微信订阅服务中信息过载防控机制的建议,并未进行相关的实证研究,因此存在一定的局限性。[purpose/significance]For the sake of ease the information overloaded in the WeChat Subscription Service. [Method/process]In the article,it constructed a set of index system to explore users'preference about settings in the information classification mechanism,and used our questionnaires to investigate and analyzed from three aspects:users'individual factors,informational traits,organization design. [Result/Conclusion]It was found that:at present,users thought in common that some content of information in the WeChat Subscription Service were repeating and in a bad quality.The situation of information overloaded existed.Besides,users have their preference about classifying design,based on the things that were did above,this article was going to put out some suggestions about building the overloaded information prevention and control mechanism in the WeChat Subscription Service.[Limitatiion]There were some limitations as a result of that in the articl,it only put out some suggestions about building the overloaded information prevention and controling mechanism in the WeChat Subscription Service by words,without any experiment being done before.
