摘 要:以兰州地铁1号线迎门滩—马滩区间盾构下穿黄河段地铁隧道工程为背景,采用FLAC3D软件对下穿黄河强透水砂卵石地层施工过程进行了数值模拟,对潜在的施工风险进行了分析。结果表明:盾构下穿黄河会造成河堤不均匀沉降,沉降的强影响区为距两隧道中心线约15 m宽度范围内;掌子面支护压力越大,拱顶沉降越小,但支护压力增加会造成临近线路管片应力和位移增大,故应根据实际情况调整掌子面支护压力;拱顶注浆压力为0.2 MPa时管片上浮量最小;掌子面附近土体位移随掌子面支护压力的增大而减小,本工程带压换刀时掌子面支护压力宜控制在0.5 MPa。Taking the interval shield tunnel between Yingmentan station and Matan station of Lanzhou Metro Line No.1 passing through the Yellow River subway tunnel project as background,the FLAC3 D software was used to simulate the construction process of shield tunnel passing through the strong permeable sandy gravel stratum under Yellow River and the potential construction risks were analyzed.Research results show that the shield passing through the Yellow River will cause the uneven settlement of the embankment,the strong impact zone of which is about 15 m width range away from the center line of two tunnel,the vault settlement will decrease with the tunnel face support pressure increasing and the increase of support pressure may lead to the stress and displacement increasing of the adjacent line segment,which means the tunnel face support pressure should be adjusted based on the actual situation,the upward moving of the line segment is minimum when the vault grouting pressure is 0.2 MPa,the soil displacement near the tunnel face decreases with the support pressure increasing,and the tunnel face support pressure should be about 0.5 MPa when the cutters were replaced with the air pressure.
