摘 要:以深圳地铁5号线上水径车站暗挖段为研究对象,分析了管棚支护在暗挖段施工中的作用机理,采用三维数值模拟方法,对双侧壁法施工过程中管棚的挠度和弯矩进行了计算。结果表明:暗挖段进口端为管棚施工的关键控制区域,随着开挖的进行,管棚的弯矩呈先增大后减小趋势,其"梁"作用逐渐减弱。最后,总结了管棚施工的控制技术,可为类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。The hand-excavation section at Shenzhen Metro Line No.5 was case-studied in this paper.The supporting mechanism of pipe roof during double wall construction was analyzed,and the deflection and bending moment of pipe roof were analyzed through 3D numerical simulation.The results reveal that the entrance of the hand-excavation section is a key construction control area.The bending moment of pipe roof is increased initially and then is decreased during construction,and the beam" effect gradually is weakened.Finally,the control technique of pipe roof construction was summarized and it suggested that this method be applied to other similar projects.
