摘 要:长沙一房建工程基坑施工过程中围护桩壁后出现土体脱空,对基坑稳定造成很大影响。通过现场监测与数值分析,探讨了壁后土体脱空现象对围护结构稳定性的影响。分析结果表明,发生壁后土体脱空现象后,围护桩的变形与受力模式均发生改变,壁后土体稳定性降低,桩顶向基坑内的水平位移增加量超过50 mm,内力峰值增加85%,安全性能显著降低。通过及时对脱空部位进行回填处理,保证了基坑稳定。During the foundation pit construction of one house-building project in Changsha,there is a soil void behind the retaining pile wall,which has a great influence on the stability of foundation pit.This paper discussed the influence of the soil void behind the wall on retaining structure stability through field monitoring and data analysis.The results showed that the deformation and stress mode of retaining pile changed after the soil void behind the wall,soil stability behind the wall decreased.The horizontal displacement increment of the pile top towards foundation pit was more than 50 mm,peak value of internal force increased by 85%,and safety performance significantly decreased.Backfilling the void position promptly could guarantee the stability of foundation pit.
