摘 要:钢轨打磨是钢轨病害预防、修理的有效手段,但如何对打磨廓形的质量进行验收尚没有成熟的指标。为此,提出了基于钢轨打磨质量指数的钢轨打磨廓形质量控制指标。介绍了钢轨打磨质量指数的计算方法和编制的钢轨打磨廓形评估软件,并应用其对宝兰线钢轨打磨前后的廓形进行了评判。结果表明,钢轨打磨质量指数的大小反映了打磨后钢轨廓形与目标廓形(打磨模板)的相似程度,因此可用该指标对打磨作业质量进行验收。Rail grinding is an effective method for rail damage prevention and repair and there is no mature criteria for checking the quality of rail grinding profile yet.Rail grinding quality index(GQI) for controlling the rail grinding profile quality was put forward,and the calculation method of rail grinding quality index and rail grinding profile evaluation software were discussed,which was applied to evaluate the rail profile of Baoji-Lanzhou railway line before and after grinding.The results showed that value of GQI reflects the similarity between the rail profile after grinding and the target profile(grinding template),which could be used for checking the grinding operation quality.
