摘  要:目前雷击仍然是危及电网安全可靠运行的主要因素。本文以Visual Basic 6.0程序设计语言为开发平台,结合Microsoft Excel 12.0组件和Access数据库平台,设计并开发出一套程序化、智能化的雷击薄弱点分析及防护辅助决策系统,可单基、批量计算线路沿线杆塔雷击跳闸率,对线路进行雷击闪络风险评估,实现沿线雷击薄弱点的查找,并制定合适的防雷改造技术方案,最后为改造方案进行实施效果的预评估,方便用户快速获取输电线路沿线薄弱点及其最佳防雷改造方案。Lightning is still a major factor jeopardizing the security and reliability of power grid operation. Based on Visual Basic 6. 0 programming language as the development platform,combined with Microsoft Excel 12. 0 components and Access database,a set of procedural and intelligent Lightning Weak Point Analysis and Protection Reconstruction Scheme Decision System is designed and implemented. It can compute the lightning trip-out rate of a single tower and even of batch towers along a power line. Also,it has the function of assessing the levels of lightning flashover risk of batch towers along the power line,and then find out the weak spots. What' s more,appropriate lightning protection reconstruction schemes can be formulated by the system,with a implementation effect pre-assessment for the schemes. It is convenient for users to access the lightning weak spots and its best lightning protection reconstruction scheme of a power line.
