摘  要:为了获得最佳的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种和刈割期,分别对‘关中苜蓿’、‘阿尔冈金’、‘金皇后’在现蕾期、初花期、盛花期、结荚期和成熟期进行刈割,了解不同苜蓿品种在各生育期的产量及营养特性。结果表明:3个品种中,‘金皇后’的粗蛋白、粗灰分、相对饲用价值含量最高,分别为16.86%DM,7.97%DM和106.22%DM;‘金皇后’的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量最低,分别为51.08%DM和41.04%DM。‘金皇后’在现蕾期,粗蛋白、粗灰分、相对饲用价值含量最高,分别为18.99%DM,9.07%DM和127.15%DM,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量最低,分别为44.98%DM和35.78%DM。综上所述,3个苜蓿品种中,‘金皇后’的产量及营养价值最高,品质最好,现蕾期是最佳的刈割时期。In order to get the best alfalfa varieties and harvest period, 'Guanzhong alfalfa', 'Algonquin', ‘Gold empress’ were cutted at budding stage, early blooming, full booming, pod-setting stage and maturing stage, respectively, to understand yield and nutritional characteristics of different alfalfa varieties at each growth period. Among three varieties, crude protein, crude ash and relative feed value(RFV) contents of 'Gold empress' were the highest, reached 16.86%DM, 7.97MDM and 106.22%DM, respectively. Neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) contents of ‘ Gold empress ’ were the lowest, reached 51.08%DM and 41.04%DM, respectively. Crude protein, crude ash and RFV contents of 'Gold empress' were the highest, reached 18.99GDM, 9.07GDM and 127.15%DM, NDF and ADF contents lowest, reached 44.98% DM and 35.78%DM, at budding stage. In summary, yield and nutritional value of 'Gold (empress' were the highest, which made it the best in quality, and budding stage was the best stage of cutting.
