摘 要:采用正交试验设计的方法进行水泥石膏胶结岩样材料参数的敏感性分析,以含砂率、含水率、胶结比以及砂的粗细比为4因素5水平,设计了25组材料的配比方案对胶结岩样进行了研究.通过称重测量、单轴压缩试验得到岩样密度、抗压强度、峰值应变和弹性模量等参数,运用极差分析,结果表明:掺水率对人工制备岩样的密度、单轴抗压强度和弹性模量影响最大;掺砂率对岩样的峰值应变最大;其他因素的影响不是很明显.The method of orthogonal design is conducted to analyze material parameter sensitivity of rock with cement and plaster as bonding agent, sand content, water content, degree of consolidation and to thickness of sand are used as factors, five--level, 25 sets of material proportion plans are designed for the study of bond- ing samples. According to weighting, measuring and uniaxial compression test, the parameters of density, compressive strength, peak strain and elastic modulus are known. Using the extreme difference method to an- alyze the sensitivity of various factors. The results show that: the water content is the main influence factor on density, compressive strength and elastic modulus; the sand content is the main influence factor on peak strain; the influences of other factors are not obvious. The results have a certain reference significance to match the contents of similar rock materials.
