摘 要:大同是能源转型城市,在转型过程中,各领域都有所改善,为此,对大同市城市居住用地适宜性进行评价.本文针对大同市年鉴中的农业、工业和建筑业,能源、贸易、交通邮电和旅游、财政金融、科学技术和教育、文化卫生和体育等方面,选择其作为指标,用层次分析法和特尔菲法确定权重,建立评价体系,并建立了居住用地适宜性评价的模糊综合评价模型,再用模糊分析法进行计算,得出大同市的居住适宜度为73,从自然系统、社会经济系统和环境系统对大同市作出城市适宜性评价,从居民的认知方面进行相关的分析和综合研究,通过实际对大同城市的宜居度作出评价,提出发展对策,根据不同的指标、不同的区域和针对人群,提出不同的对策.Based on many cities in China becoming a global livable city, the importance ot building a hva- ble city in the national consciousness is visible. In this paper proposes urban residential land suitability evalua- tion. As a city of energy transformation, all areas in Datong have improved in the process of transformation, for this, Datong city residential land suitability evaluation. To this end, the suitability of urban residential land in Datong was evaluated. In this paper, the agriculture, industry and construction, energy, trade, transportation of posts and tourism, finance and insurance, science, technology and education, culture, health, sports and so on in Datong yearbook are selected as the index and the evaluation system is established by AHP and Delphi method to determine the weight. Then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of suitability evaluation of residential land is established, which is used to calculate the living suitability for 73 in Datong. From the natural system, social economic system and environmental system, the city suitability evaluation is made; from the cognitive aspects of the residents, the relevant analysis and comprehensive research are done. According to the evaluation of the city livable degree, the development countermeasures are put forward. According to different targets, different regions and different groups, different countermeasures are put forward.
