摘　　要：分析了现有电极丝在电火花加工过程中容易出现的问题,设计一种新型锌基合金镀层电极丝材料及其制备方法,使电极丝的性能更优化,从而使其最大限度的满足电火花高精度线切割加工需求。This paper analyzed the problems which are easily caused of the existing electrode wire in the process of WEDM,design a new material of zinc based alloy coating electrode wire and its preparation method,to optimize the performance of the electrode wire,so that it can satisfy the demand of WEDM wire cutting with high precision.
