摘 要:目的:分析粤北人民医院2014-2015年医院感染菌对临床常用抗生素的敏感性,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:采用MIC法对两年分离菌进行药敏试验,应用WHONET 5.6和SPSS 13.0软件进行数据分析,并比较两年间抗生素敏感度变化。结果:我院分离的临床菌株对部分抗生素仍然保持高度敏感性,革兰阳性菌对替考拉宁、万古霉素、利奈唑胺、阿米卡星、呋喃妥因、高浓度庆大霉素均表现出较高的敏感率,而革兰阴性菌对多粘菌素B、头孢替坦、阿米卡星敏感率高;2014年与2015年相比,革兰阳性菌中氨苄西林、阿米卡星、米诺环素、克林霉素、复方新诺明比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),革兰阴性菌中哌拉西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢曲松、头孢替坦、头孢西丁、头孢克洛、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、氨曲南、亚胺培南、阿米卡星、米诺环素、氯霉素、复方新诺明比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新推广使用的抗生素仍然有好的敏感性;合理使用抗生素有重要的意义。Objective:To investigate common antibiotic sensitivity against bacteria from 2014 to 2015in Yuebei People′s Hospital.Methods:Antibiotic sensitivity test was performed by minimal inhibitory concentration,and statistical result were analyzed by WHONET 5.6and SPSS 13.0software.Results:There were still highest sensitive rate in teicoplanin,vancomycin,linezolid,amikacin,macrodantin,high-level gentamicin from all gram-positive bacteria,and polymyxin b,cefotetan,amikacin from all gram-negative bacteria.Antibiotic sensitivity had statistic significance in ampicillin,amikacin,minocycline from gram-positive bacteria between 2014 and 2015,and piperacillin,amoxicillin/clavulanate,ampicillin/sulbactam,ceftriaxone,cefotetan,cefoxitin,cefaclor,cefoperazone/sulbactam,aztreonam,imipenem,amikacin,minocyline,chloramphenicol,selectrin from gram-negative bacteria.Conclusion:There are still good sensitivity in relatively new antibiotics and reasonable use of antibiotics has important significance.
