复方甘草酸苷联合左西替利嗪及酮替芬治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷联合左西替利嗪及酮替芬治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和可行性。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年6月我院收治的80例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为对照组(38例)和治疗组(42例)。对照组以左西替利嗪和酮替芬治疗。在对照组治疗基础上,治疗组加服复方甘草酸苷胶囊75mg tid。均连用4周后,比较两组的有效率。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为85.71%和57.89%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合左西替利嗪及酮替芬治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效满意,值得临床选择应用。Objective：To study the effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with levocetirizine and ketotifen on chronic urticaria.Methods：Eighty patients with chronic urticaria from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided randomly into control group（38cases）and treatment group（42cases）.Patients in control group were only treated with orally levocetirizine and ketotifen,and patients of treatment group were treated with orally compound glycyrrhizin 75 mg tid,combined with levocetirizine and ketotifen.The treatment period was 4weeks,then effective rate were compared.Results：The effective rates of treatment and control group were 85.71% and57.89% respectively,which had statistical difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The treatment result of chronic urticaria with compound glycyrrhizin combined with levocetirizine and ketotifen is effective,and worth to use in clinic.
