摘 要:电力系统风电消纳能力分析是破解风电消纳难题,促进风电健康发展的重要途径。从电力系统调度运行角度出发,考虑风电装机容量不断提高的趋势,在不同风电接入水平下对传统经济调度、环境经济调度和弃风量最小调度三种调度模式的风电消纳情况进行仿真,从风电消纳量和风电利用率两个方面对风电消纳能力进行分析,对比不同调度模式对电力系统风电消纳能力的影响,辅助风电并网的调度运行和决策;在此基础上,提出一种在不同调度模式下确定风电合理接入水平的方法,为消纳能力分析提供补充,为风电发展规划提供参考。As the key to solve the problem of wind power accommodation,analysis of wind power accommodation ability is of great importance to promote its development. From the perspective of power system scheduling and operation and taking the increasing trend of wind power installed capacity into consideration,three different dispatch modes,known as wind power accommodation ability of conventional economic dispatch,minimizing wind power curtailment dispatch and environmental economic dispatch,are simulated under different penetration levels of wind power. The utilization rate and accommodation capacity of the wind power are proposed to analyze the wind power accommodation ability. By comparing the influence of different dispatching modes on the wind power accommodation ability,the obtained results are used for power system dispatch operation and decision-making in an auxiliary way. Besides,a method based on the above analysis is proposed to determine a reasonable integration level of wind power for the wind power development planning and wind power accommodation analysis. Finally,ten-unit test system with wind farm is taken as an instance to validate the analysis.
