摘　　要：从新生地域与毕业生就业地域分布存在的差异现状出发,站在社会地理学的角度,分析当前民族地区高校毕业生就业地域存在"极化"现象的原因,并从近年来阿坝师范学院人文社科系毕业生就业工作的具体实践中,总结出了民族地区高校为缓解这一现象可以采取的对策。From the perspectives of differences reflected in freshman′s geography and undergraduates′geographic distribution,it is necessary to analyze the cause of phenomenon of＂polarization＂based on the angle from social geography.On the other hand,the paper proposes some countermeasures which can effectively relieve the phenomenon of＂polarization＂according to the practices in undergraduates employment at Aba Normal College.
