摘  要:定量荧光分析首先需要将样品用正己烷浸泡,然后针对含油显示的样品继续用正己烷进行适当稀释,避免造成荧光猝灭,导致分析数据不准确。以往对样品的稀释都是采用仪器说明书上给出的参考值,对于一个样品来讲必须经过多次稀释才能确定一个正确的结果,这样既浪费时间,又达不到快速识别油气显示和评价储集层的目的。笔者通过基础实验,以中质油为依托确定了粉砂岩不同显示级别的稀释倍数的确定方法,给出了粉砂岩不同显示级别样品的稀释倍数,实现了录井现场快速、准确稀释样品,减少劳动强度、降低正己烷对人体损害的目的。Quantitative fluorescence analysis first need to soak the sample with n-hexane,and then continue to dilut the sample with oil shows with n-hexane appropriately,avoiding resulting in internal fluorescence quenching to cause inaccurate analysis data.Previous sample dilution used the reference values given on the instrument′s instructions,and the determination of a correct result for a sample must be experienced repeated dilutions,such case is a waste of time and can not reach the purposes of rapid identification of oil and gas shows and reservoir evaluation.Through basic experiments and on the basis of medium oil,the author determined the dilution multiples for different showing levels of siltstone,and gave out the dilution multiples for different showing levels of siltstone samples.The method achieves fast,accurate dilution,reduces labor strength and the damage of n-hexane on mud logging site.
