摘  要:福山油田属于低孔隙度、低渗透率复杂断块油气藏,通过压裂改造取得了高效开发的显著效果,但是压裂过程中部分井出现砂堵,不仅影响压裂效果还造成了严重的经济损失.针对福山油田压裂施工井的砂堵情况,结合储集层地质特点、压裂设计、测井曲线、压裂施工曲线对产生砂堵的具体原因进行分析,得出储集层泥质含量高、塑性强,斜井、多射孔段近井筒地带易形成多裂缝,井眼距断层近、滤失量变化大,以及压裂目的层与上下隔层地应力差值小、缝高失控是导致福山油田复杂断块油气藏砂堵的主要原因.为减少压裂施工过程中的砂堵现象,提高压裂施工成功率,提出了解决福山油田断块储集层砂堵问题的技术措施,即:以30~50目与20~40目支撑剂粒径组合加入,多级段塞打磨降低多裂缝影响,优化射孔及控缝高和探断层加砂压裂技术.该油田7口井13层压裂施工表明,仅有1层发生砂堵,效果较好.Fushan Oilfield belongs to the low porosity and low permeability complex fault block reservoir,the significant results of the efficient development have been obtained by fracturing.But in the process of fracturing,some wells occurred the sand plug,it not only influenced the fracturing effects,but also caused serious economic losses.According to the sand plug in fracturing wells of Fushan Oilfield,analyzing the specific reasons for sand plug with the reservoir geologic characteristics,fracturing design,log,fracturing curve,it was concluded that reservoir′s high shale content,strong plasticity and inclined wells,the belts of multi-perforated intervals near the well bore are easy to form cracks,borehole is near the faults,big filtration loss changes,small terrestrial stress difference between fracturing target layer and upper and lower restraining barriers,high seam out of control are the main causes of sand plug in the complex fault block oilgas reservoirs in Fushan Oilfield.In order to reduce the sand plug in the process of fracturing operation and improve the success rate of fracturing,the authors put forward the technical measures of working out the reservoir sand plug problem for Fushan Oilfield fault block,that is:adding the combination of grain sizes of 30-50 mesh with 20-40 mesh supporting agent,multi-stage slug grinding to reduce the fracture effects,optimizing the fracturing techniques of perforating,controlling seam height,detecting fault and adding sand.The 13 fracturing layers in 7 wells showed that only 1 layer occurred better sand plug effects.
