摘　　要：目的 探讨桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨骨折内固定术后再骨折的临床疗效。方法 对2012年6月-2015年5月手术治疗的22例股骨骨折内固定术后再骨折患者的治疗效果进行总结分析。本组采用切开复位桥接组合式内固定系统内固定,术后早期功能锻炼。定期随访,根据患者术后膝关节活动、疼痛、稳定性及肌力情况依照Kolmert评定标准进行功能评价。结果 22例均获满意复位,其中19例患者术后得到10-22个月随访,平均16.6个月,均达到骨性愈合,3例患者失访。Kolmert评分：优8例,良8例,可2例,差1例;优良率84%（16/19）。结论 桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨骨折内固定术后再骨折操作简单,结合早期功能锻炼可获得较好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Bridge combined internal fixation system for the treat- ment of femoral fractures after internal fixation. Methods The therapeutic effects of 22 patients with femoral fractures after internal fixation from June 2012 to May 2015 were summarized and analyzed. Open reduction and bridge combined internal fixation system, Early functional exercise postoperatively. Regular follow up, Kolmert criteria were used to analyze the knee function on the basis of motion, pain, stability and strength. Results All 22 patients obtained sound reduction, of whom 19 patients had bony union after 10 to 22 months follow-up post- operatively （median follow-up period 16.6months）, 3 cases lost to visit. According to Kolmert function assessment, there were 8 excellent eases, 8 good cases, 2 fair cases and 1 poor case; the excellent and good rate was 84% （ 16 of 19）. Conclusion Bridge combined internal fixation system for the treatment of femoral fractures after internal fixation of fracture operation is simple, com- bined with early exercise can obtain good clinical effectiveness.
