摘　　要：目的 探讨闭合复位克氏针内固定结合石膏外固定治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折的效果。方法 2009年11月-2013年7月,收治老年不稳定型桡骨远端骨折27例,采用手法复位,克氏针撬拨复位、固定结合石膏外固定治疗。结果 本组27例随访7-45个月,平均22个月。骨折愈合时间8-12周,平均10.4周。按Dienst功能评估标准进行评定优16例,良9例,可2例,优良率为92.6%。结论 闭合复位克氏针内固定结合石膏外固定是治疗老年不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effect of closed reduction and limited internal fixation combination with plaster external fixation in the treatment of distal radius unstable fracture. Methods From Nov 2009 to Jul 2013, 27 cases of elderly patients with unstable distal radius fracture were treated by closed reduction and k-wires internal fixation combined with plaster external fixation. Results All the patients were followed up 7 to 45 months （mean 22 months）. The fracture healing time was 8 to12 weeks （mean 10.4 weeks）. According to the Dienst functional assessment system, the results were excellent in 16 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in 2 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 92.6%. Conclusion Closed reduction and k-wires internal fixation combined with plaster external fixation is an effective method for the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures in elderly patients.
