摘 要:以裂果性不同的9个枣品种为研究材料,测定了可溶性固形物含量、硬度、单果质量、果实形状及果形指数相关指标,分析了枣品种果实性状与裂果的相关性。结果表明:极易裂品种及易裂品种的可溶性固形物含量均显著高于抗裂品种;抗裂品种的果实硬度比易裂品种高;不同枣果的果实形状、果形指数、果实的单果质量与裂果不存在显著的相关性。This paper regarded the different cracking fruit of the nine varieties of jujube as research material, determination of the related morphological indexes, which included soluble solids content, fruit hardness, fruit quality, fruit shape and fruit shape index, and carried out an analysis on fruit traits and cracking in different varieties of jujube. The results showed that the soluble solids content of the more easily and easily crack varieties of jujube were significantly higher than that of crack resistance varieties. The fruit hardness value of crack resistance varieties was higher than that of the easily crack varieties. The fruit shape, fruit shape index and fruit quality of the varieties of jujube fruit were no significant correlation with fruit cracking.
