摘　　要：历史遗留工矿废弃地复垦对于改善矿区生态环境、缓解土地供给瓶颈、推动土地资源的可持续利用具有十分重要的作用。在供给侧改革的新形势下,对历史遗留工矿废弃地复垦面临良好机遇以及情况复杂、复垦难度大、管理体系不健全、成本高等问题进行了分析,并提出了建立历史遗留工矿废弃地复垦调查体系、加强科学技术研究与成果应用、完善管理制度、拓宽资金来源等建议。The reclamation of abandoned industrial and mining land can improve the ecological environment in mining areas, ease the bottleneck of land supply, and promote the sustainable use of land resources, which has a very important role. Firstly, in the new situation of the reform of supply side, the paper analyzes the historic mining wasteland reclamation is facing good opportunities as well as many problems such as complex situation, the difficulty of reclamation, the management system is not perfect, the cost is high. Second ly,some suggestions are put forward, such as establishing the investigation system, strengthening the scientific and technological research and application, improving the management system, broadening the sources of funds, and so on.
