摘　　要：大学生作为一个特殊的群体,是社会的精英骨干和支撑主体。通过调查福建省8所高校大学生的法治观念现状以及对部分违法犯罪的大学生进行深度访谈,发现当前大学生在法治观念上存在的普遍问题,为培养具有中国特色的现代法治意识的大学生群体,构建增强法治意识的模式提供研究基础。As a kind of special group, college students play an important role in our society. Through the investigation on college students＇ present legal sense in eight universities in Fujian province and in-depth interview about college students in part committed crime,some common problems in legal sense are discovered among undergraduates,which provide a study foundation for cultivating college students＇ modern legal consciousness with Chinese characteristics and constructing the pattern of legal consciousness enhancement.
