摘　　要：目的:探讨改善医院门诊及取药慢、差错的现状。方法:以南方医院为样本进行研究开发,设计分区式门诊药房管理模式。结果:达到减少患者在医院的停留时间和就医过程的走动距离。解决医院通常无法改变的首层大厅嘈杂纷乱问题。结论:分区式门诊药房管理模式更好为门诊患者服务,提升医院形象。Objective： To improve hospital outpatient service and solve the problems of inaccuracy and inefficiency in medicine distribution.Methods：Researched and designed the management mode of partition outpatient pharmacy with Nanfang Hospital as sample.Results： Obviously reduced patients’ staying time and walking distance in the hospital, and solved the issue of noise and disorder in the hospital outpatient hall. Conclusion：Management mode of partition outpatient pharmacy can improve the outpatient service and the image of the hospital ultimately.
