巨大喉息肉诊治4例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨巨大声带息肉的诊治要点。方法收集巨大声带息肉患者4例,均伴有呼吸困难。于全麻支撑喉镜下行声带息肉切除术3例,于局麻下行声带息肉切除术1例。结果 4例患者手术均很成功,无1例发生并发症,术后患者嗓音恢复正常,呼吸困难解除。结论预防性气管切开、全麻支撑喉镜下完成手术,在治疗巨大声带息肉方面疗效肯定,并发症少,风险低。Objective To explore the key points in diagnosis and treatment of the huge polyp of vocal cord. Methods 4 cases of huge polyp of vocal cord with difficulty in breathing were collected. 3 patients underwent vocal cord polypectomy with suspension la-ryngoscope under general anesthesia, 1 patient underwent vocal cord polypectomy under local anesthesia. Results The surgeries were successful in all 4 patients with no complication. The voice of the patients recovered to normal and the difficulty in breathing was re-lieved. Conclusion preventive tracheotomy and the surgery with suspension laryngoscope under general anesthesia have a positive effect on the treatment of huge polyp of vocal cord with few complications and low risk.
