儿童龋病健康教育模式及应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的制定儿童龋病的个性化健康教育方案并对海外医疗服务应用的效果进行评价。方法采用文献调研法,结合医院船和谐使命系列任务的有效经验,了解儿童龋病发生情况及其发病因素,制定个性化健康教育方案,并应用于和谐使命任务,对特立尼达和多巴哥以及哥斯达黎加5所学校的402名儿童进行健康教育。结果 5所小学儿童及家长对健康教育方案的接受程度较好,家长对龋病的主要影响因素具有一定的了解,对龋病的预防措施掌握较好,儿童能够较好地掌握正确的刷牙方式。结论系统的健康教育方案对降低儿童龋病发生和纠正不良生活习惯具有重要意义。Objective To formulate personalized health education plan of children’s dental caries and to evaluate the application effect of overseas medical service. Methods By literature research, combined with the effective experience in “Hospital Ship with Harmonious Mission”, the thesis elaborated the occurrence and pathogenesis of dental caries and formulated personalized health educa-tion plan. The plan was applied to“Harmonious Mission”. 402 children from 5 schools in Trinidad, Tobago and Costa Rica obtained health education. Results The children and their parents had better acceptance of the health education program. parents acquired some knowledge of the primary influencing factors that cause dental caries and grasped the preventive measures of dental caries. Chil-dren could know the correct way to brush their teeth better. Conclusion Systematic health education program is of great significance to reduce the occurrence of children’s caries disease and to correct their bad habits.
