摘　　要：目的深入探讨将自体脂肪源性干细胞作用于面部整形美容中的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年10月至2015年10月期间接受自体脂肪源性干细胞进行面部整形美容的30例患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性分析的方式对所有患者和的一般资料及治疗方法和结果进行总结和分析。结果经过系统的治疗及资料整理,本次研究所选取的30例患者,面部显著改善的患者共计25例(83.33%),有效改善4(13.33%),治疗总有效率为96.67%,效果基本达到临床预期。结论在面部整形美容中对患者实施自体脂肪源性干细胞治疗,不仅能够保证较好的治疗效果,而且具有一定的安全性,值得在美容整形中予以借鉴和推广。Objective To explore the role of autologous adipose derived stem cells in clinical effect of facial cosmetic surgery. Methods Select our hospital between October 2014 and October 2014 to the hospital to take the autologous adipose derived stem ceils for facial plastic beauty of 30 patients as the research object, USES the way of all patients were retrospectively analyzed and the general information and treatment methods and results are summarized and analyzed. Results After treatment and data compilation system, the institute selected 30 patients, a total of 25 patients with facial significantly improved （83.33%）, 4 （13.33%）, effectively improve treatment the total effective rate was 96.67%, basic clinical desired effect. Conclusion In facial cosmetic surgery for patients with autologous adipose derived stem cells to treat, can not only ensure good treatment effect, and has a certain security, worthy of reference and popularization in cosmetic surgery.
