摘  要:电动汽车充电桩是一种专为电动汽车动力电池充电的设备。文章介绍了充电桩控制系统组成单元的硬件和软件设计,包括微处理器单元电路的设计、控制系统主程序的设计、人机交互单元的界面软件设计、电能计量单元的接口设计和程序设计。该设计采用MSP430单片机进行控制,采用充电卡刷卡付费,结构简单造价低,可用于电动汽车的慢充动力电池方式,充电桩人机交互接口可显示充电量、费用、充电时间等数据。The electric car charging pile is a kind of device specially designed for charging the electric automobile. We introduced the hardware design of control module and software design separately, which includes the circuit design of the microprocessor unit, the design of the main program of the control system, the software design of the human-computer interface, the interface and software design of the energy measurement unit. Furthermore, it operates based on the MSP430 Single Chip Microcomputer. The charging pile, which is an available for slow charging power battery of electric automobile, is simple in structure and with a lower cost. Consumers can see their charging volume, fees and charging time on the human-machine interface of charging pile. They also can pay their cost by charge card.
