湿喷混凝土力学性能及其应用研究

摘  要:干喷混凝土在煤矿大断面巷道中存在强度低、匀质性差,施工过程回弹率低、粉尘浓度大等问题,而湿喷混凝土是解决此类问题的最有效途径之一。对比干、湿喷混凝土抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度,湿喷混凝土强度明显提高,提高比率依次为49.3%、47.1%和47.2%,并通过现场塌落度实验确定水:水泥:砂子:石子=0.45:1.0:2.0:1.8,减水剂掺量为水泥0.8%的最佳配合比。其次采用FLAC模拟软件建立湿喷混凝土支护数值计算模型,分析干喷混凝土支护、湿喷混凝土支护后力学响应和位移情况。研究表明:湿喷混凝土支护条件下高应力区减少,应力变化更趋于平稳,巷道围岩承载力增加,稳定性更强。相对于干喷混凝土支护巷道最大水平位移和最大竖向位移分别减少了3.73%、10.8%,湿喷混凝土可在一定程度上减少巷道变形。There are many problems existing in using dry-spraying concrete in large section roadway of coal mine, such as low intensity, poor homogeneity, low rebound rate in the construction process, and high dust concentration. However, wet-spraying concrete is one of the most effective ways to solve such problems. Experiments were made to prove that the intensity of wet-spraying concrete increased significantly. Comparative study the dry, wet-spraying concrete compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength increased by 49.3%, 47.1% and 47.1%. And determine the water: cement, sand, gravel = 0.45:1.0:2.0:1.8 through the slump test. Secondly, they set up wet-spraying concrete supporting numerical simulation software by FLAC, and then analyzed the mechanical response and displacement under dry-spraying concrete support and wet-spraying concrete support. Wet-shotcrete support under the condition of high stress area is reduced, the stress changes tend to be more smooth, thus shows that bearing capacity of surrounding rock of roadway increases, stronger stability. Compared with dry-spraying concrete, the roadway under wet-spraying concrete support decreased in maximum horizontal displacement and vertical displacement by 73% and 3.73% respectively. In other words, to a certain extent, wet-spraying concrete can reduce the deformation of roadway.
