摘　　要：文章分析了FPSO改装与造船、修船的主要差别,阐明了FPSO改装建造的共性特点,并依托"玛丽卡"、"萨卡里玛"两艘FPSO改装项目,对FPSO改装建造流程进行系统研究,提出了FPSO改装(多点系泊)建造总体工艺流程,以及新建甲板分段、新生活楼分段、多点系泊分段、输油平台分段等建造流程。通过实船应用,证明了其可行性,同时可为其他FPSO改装工程项目提供参考。The paper analyses the main difference between FPSO modification, shipbuilding and ship repairing. It describes the common features of FPSO modification. Relying on the two modification projects of FPSO ＂CIDADE DE MARICA ＂ and ＂HER SISTER＂ ,the paper studies the modification process and gives the general construction process of FPSO modification （multi- point mooring）, which includes the construction process of new deck block, new accommodation block, multi- point mooring block and oil transportation block. The feasibility has been proved by the testing result of application. It provides reference for other projects of FPSO modification.
