摘 要:通过导出描述三维、二维和一维混晶中电子-声子相互作用的哈密顿量,讨论了砷化物三元混晶中原胞体积效应与电子-声子耦合强度和原胞体积失配率的关系。结果表明:电子-声子耦合越强,原胞失配率越大,体积效应越明显;只有原胞体积失配率较小和电子-声子的耦合强度较弱时,体积效应的影响是可以略去的;由于维度受限增强了电子-声子相互作用强度,二维光学极化子效应的非线性变化比三维的更明显;而一维光学极化子效应的非线性变化比三维和二维情形要弱。The electron-optical-phonon (e-p) interaction Hamiltonians between an electron and two branches of LO-phonon modes in three-dimensional (3D), two-dimensional (2D) and one-dimensional ( 1 D) ternary mixed crystal (TMC) of Arsenic compounds are derived out. The relation between the unit-cell volume variation effect and mismatch of the unit-cell volumes of the end-member materials, as well the e-p coupling of the Arsenic compounds TMC is discussed. It is verified theoretically that the obvious nonlinearity of the polaronic energy and effective mass with the composition is essential and the unit-cell volume effects cannot be neglected except the week e-p coupling. Due to the reduced dimension of the material strengthen the e-p coupling in the TMC, the polaronic nonlinearity in 2D Arsenic compounds TMC is more obviously than that in 3D case. The nonlinearity in 1D Arsenic compounds TMC is weaker than that in 3D and 2D cases.
