青年军人精神分裂症前驱期症状筛查问卷的编制及其信、效度检验

摘　　要：目的 编制1个适合筛查青年军人精神分裂前驱期状态的问卷,并检验其信度和效度。方法 在文献研究、专家讨论的基础上,编制精神分裂前驱期症状筛查问卷的初测版。进行小样本试测,经讨论分析形成正式版问卷。采取整群抽样的方法,抽取2 500名战士和军校大学生完成了本问卷和PQ-16量表。间隔8周抽取100人进行重测。对所得2 143份有效问卷的数据进行描述性统计和结构分析,并检验问卷的信、效度。结果 探索性因素分析得到认知改变、行为改变、社会功能改变、人格改变4个因素,因素负荷值在0.291-0.578。问卷的内部一致性信度0.957（P〈0.05）,重测信度0.884（P〈0.01）,与PQ-16相关系数为0.830（P〈0.05）。结论 所编制的精神分裂前驱期症状筛查问卷具有良好的信、效度,可用于青年军人心理健康状态的筛查。Objective To design a prodromal questionnaire （PQ） for screening psychosis in young soldiers and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on published articles and specialists＇ consensus, we established a preliminary version of PQ for psychosis screening. A final version of questionnaire was made after carrying out a trial of small samples. By cluster sampling, the PQ for psychosis and PQ-16 scales were administrated to 2 500 subjects among soldiers and students of military university. By random sampling, 100 subjects were tested for the second time after 8 weeks. Data from 2 143 effective questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics and structural analysis, and its reliability and validity were investigated. Results Four factors, i. e. cognitive change, behavioral change, social function change and personality change, were found by exploratory factor analysis. The value of factor loading ranged from 0. 291 to 0. 578. The internal consistency reliability was 0. 957 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The test-retest coefficient was 0. 884 （P 〈 0.01 ）. The correlation coefficient of the questionnaire with PQ-16 was 0. 830. Conclusion The results show good reliability and validity of the PQ for psychosis screening. It can be a useful tool for screening the mental health status of young soldiers.
