超声显示正常喉及喉咽部的清晰度研究

摘　　要：目的 探索应用超声检查技术,对正常喉及喉咽部的显示能力及图像清晰程度,并总结其图像显示特点。方法 对320例健康体检者,按不同年龄、性别分组,进行喉及喉咽部的超声扫查,记录重要部位显示情况,并与解剖图、CT或MRI对照,进行统计学分析。结果 1~19岁青少年男女喉及喉咽部超声显示均比较满意,满意程度明显高于≥20岁成年男女。成年女性图像清晰程度明显优于成年男性。成年男性年龄越大,显示越差,60岁后大部分结构已显示不清。成年女性显示满意的概率各年龄段无明显差异。结论 正常喉及喉咽部结构的超声显示,青少年显示清晰,大部分成年女性显示尚可,大部分成年男性显示不清。Objective The purpose of this paper was to study the uhrasonographic anatomy of the larynx and laryngopharynx, and to observe the display of the larynx, laryngopharynx and related structure on ultrasound and influencing factors. Methods A total of 320 healthy volunteers were enrolled in the present study, and they were grouped according to their age and gender. Comparing with the atlas of anatomy, CT and MRI, the sonographic features of the normal larynx and laryngopharynx＇s ultrasonogram were explored and summarized by statistical analysis. Results Perfect visualization of the larynx and laryngopharynx were obtained for 1 - 19 years old people, which were signifi candy better than that of adult over 20 years old. The rate of clear visualization in adult female group was significantly higher than that in adult male group. For the visualization of adult male group, the older the worse, thus most of the larynx and laryngopharynx＇s structures were not clear when the volunteer was older than 60 years. The visualization of the adult female＇s larynx and laryngopharynx＇s structures showed no significant difference in all ages. Conclusions The visualization of the larynx and laryngopharynx＇s structures was perfect for adolescents, relatively clear for most adult female group, and not clear for most adult male group.
