蓝光治疗61例新生儿黄疸临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:将121例新生儿黄疸患者分为两组,对照组60例给予常规治疗,治疗组61例于常规治疗基础上予蓝光治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.36%不良反应发生率14.75%,对照组总有效率为75%,不良反应发生率15.00%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(p<0.05),不良反应发生率两组无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸,效果明显,疗效高,不良反应少,值得推广。Objective： To observe the blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice clinical efifcacy.Methods： 121 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into two groups, a control group of 60 patients received conventional treatment group 61 cases to the Blu-ray treatment to conventional therapy.Results： The total effective rate 98.36% 14.75% incidence of adverse reactions, the control group, the total effective rate of 75%, 15.00% incidence of adverse reactions, the treatment group, the total effective rate was signiifcantly higher （p〈0.05）, poor The reaction rate of the two groups was not statisticaly signiifcant （p〉0.05）.Conclusion： The Blu-ray treatment of neonatal jaundice obvious effect, high efifcacy, fewer adverse reactions, should be promoted.
