摘　　要：目的:研究探讨以中枢神经症状为首发表现的肺癌脑转移瘤的磁共振特征及其诊断价值。方法:选取2013年6月至2015年5月我院收治并确诊的100例肺癌脑转移患者,根据患者的首发症状的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者的首发症状为中枢神经症状;对照组患者的首发症状为呼吸症状,两组患者均行常规MR常规及增强检查,对两组诊断结果进行分析。结果:观察组与对照组强化程度,统计学意义差异显著。结论:以中枢神经症状为首发的肺癌转移癌患者与以呼吸系统症状为首发的肺癌转移癌患者在MR检查中,存在多方面差异,通过对此类转移瘤研究,有助于与其他病变诊断鉴别。Objective： To study and probe into the characteristic of magnetic resonance and its diagnostic value of brain metastases of lung cancer with central nervous system problem as firstly symptoms. Methods： 100 patients with brain metastases from lung cancer and who were treated and confirmed in our hospital from June,2013 to May,2015 were selected ,and according to the different symptoms of the patient＇s first were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group.In the observation group,the first symptom of the patient was the central nervous system while in the control group, the first symptom was respiratory symptoms.Then,the patients of two groups were underwent the conventional MR routine and enhanced examination,and the diagnostic results of the two groups were analyzed. Outcome： There was significant difference in the degree of enhancement between the observation group and the control group. Conclusion： Thepatients with metastatic carcinoma of lung cancer with central nervous system symptoms as the first episode of lung cancer patients with respiratory symptoms in the MR examination,which there are many differences, while it is helpful for the diagnosis and identification of other diseases through the study of this kind of metastatic tumor.
