Devine's Technique Combined Penis and Scrotum Junctional Zone V-Y Plastic Surgery in Treatment of Children with Severe Concealed Penis

摘　　要：目的：探讨小儿重度隐匿性阴茎手术治疗方法。方法：对52例小儿重度隐匿性阴茎采用Devine联合阴茎阴囊交界V-Y成形术治疗。结果：随访6月~4年,4例患儿疗效欠满意,其余病例阴茎均自然显露,阴茎外观满意。结论：Devine联合阴茎阴囊交界V-Y成形术治疗小儿重度隐匿性阴茎是一种设计较为合理,效果理想的术式。Objective To search a simple and effective surgical approach for the treatment of severe concealed penis in children. Methods Total 52 cases of severe concealed penis were given Devine＇s technique and V-Y plastic surgery at junctional zone between penis and scrotum.Results All the cases were followed up for 6 months to 4 years,most of them had excellence curative effects with .good appearance and natural exposured penis excepted 4 cases.Conclusion l）evine＇s technique combined V-Y plastic surgery at junctional zone between penis and scrotum is a reasonable surgical approach for treating children with severe concealed penis with its satisfactory effects.
