摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对铁路运输服务质量的要求越来越高,对铁路运输行业的关注度也越来越高。铁路运输业面临着公路运输、航空运输、水陆运输等的激烈竞争,同时也存在运能和运量之间的严重矛盾。政企分开后,如何按照"监管为民"的要求,探索有效的监督管理方式,以确保铁路运输服务质量满足社会需求,成为一个重要课题。针对我国铁路的发展现状,提出加强地区铁路监督管理局加强铁路运输服务质量监督管理方式的建议。With the social-economic development in China and the improvement of living standards,people be-come more and more demanding in view of railway transportation service quality,and they give more and more con-cerns to the railway transportation industry. Confronted with a fierce competition with highway transportation,aerialtransportation and land water transportation,etc.,the railway transportation industry also undergoes a serious dis-pute between transport capacity and cargo volume. Upon the separation of enterprise from administration,how tomeet the demand of＂supervising for the public＂and explore an efficient supervision management mode to guaran-tee that the railway transportation service quality can meet the social demand has now become an important task.With a view to the status quo of China＇s railway development,the article gives some suggestions for the regional rail-way administrations regarding the supervision and management modes that are applied to strengthen railway transpor-tation service quality.
