人民币国际化背景下跨境电子商务和跨境支付业务的发展思考

摘　　要：随着电子信息技术的快速发展及"海淘"的兴起,集信息推广及交易结算于一体的电子商务在国际贸易中的重要性不言而喻,而与之资金往来的支付结算则更是重中之中。本文以近年人民币国际化进程加快、跨境人民币计价结算比例提高的新常态为背景,研究与我国跨境电子商务密切相关的本外币跨境支付结算和清算的形态,分析其现状及存在的问题,并就如何加强跨境支付业务提出政策建议。With the rapid development of electronic information technology and the rise of consumer cross-border ＂Sea Amoy＂, E-commerce which sets the information promotion and transaction settlement in one is playing an more and more important role in international trade, and correspondingly cross-border capital settlement is its top priority. This paper, on the background of the acceleration of the process of RMB internationalization and the new normal of significantly increased proportion which valuated and settled by Cross-border RMB, studies on the cross-border payment and settlement by Domestic or Foreign Currencies, which closely relates to the development of Cross-border E-commerce in China, analyzes the current situation and problems, and makes policy recommendations on how to strengthen the cross-border payment services.
