摘 要:针对单柱塞泵普遍采用的单向阀配流方式无法满足高转速的问题,提出新型的阀芯旋转式三通换向阀配流机构,可以满足单柱塞泵在高转速情况下的配流要求.通过建立单向阀配流和转阀配流单柱塞泵的AMESim模型,对比分析表明,单向阀在转速为2 000r/min时已难以实现正常配流;转阀在12 000r/min转速下仍能正常配流.加工样机对单柱塞泵和转阀的性能进行测试.试验表明,柱塞腔内的压力测试结果与仿真结果一致,可以基于该转阀配流机构设计高速单柱塞泵,对柱塞腔内的压力特性进行研究.A new distributing mechanism consisted of three-way spin valve was proposed in order to solve the problem of high speed distributing that the check valve distributing mechanism,which was commonly used in single piston pumps,could not satisfy.The mechanism could meet the need of high speed distributing.The check valve distributing mechanism and the designed spin valve distributing mechanism were analyzed by AMESim modeling.Results show that it cannot distribute at the speed of 2 000r/min with the check valve.It can still distribute at the speed of 12 000r/min with the spin valve.A prototype was conducted to test the performance of the single piston pump as well as the spin valve distributing mechanism.The test results of piston chamber's pressure accorded with the simulation results,indicating that the proposed spin valve distributing mechanism was suitable for the high speed single axial piston pumps to analyze the piston chamber's pressure characteristics.
