基于DEA的土地复垦方案相对效率评价

摘　　要：采用数据包络分析法(DEA)中的C2R模型,建立了土地复垦方案相对效率评价指标体系,并对选取的某油气田8个土地复垦方案进行了相对效率研究。研究结果表明:DEA方法是一种评价土地复垦方案相对效率的有效手段,运用其评价土地复垦方案的效率具有广阔的前景,并根据复垦方案的DEA评价结果,提出进一步完善土地复垦方案编制工作的建议。In this paper, the evaluation index system of relative efficiency of land reclamation schemes was developed by the C2R model of DEA, which was applied to evaluate eight schemes in a selected oil and gas field. The results showed that DEA was an effective and promising approach to evaluate the relative efficiency of the land reclamation scheme. Based on the results, proposals for enhancing the planning scheme for land reclamation were put forward.
