摘 要:为了探明不同种茎栽培模式对安乡县皇竹草引种扩繁成功率的影响,设计了整株种茎直接覆土5 cm栽培、整株种茎直接覆土2 cm栽培、分段覆土5 cm栽培、分段覆土2 cm栽培和分段斜插栽培5种栽培模式,结果表明分段斜插模式出苗速度最快(20 d出苗率达到92.9%),出苗时间集中,成苗率最高,其次是分段覆土模式,整株覆土模式最差;覆土2 cm处理比覆土5 cm处理出苗周期短,成苗率高。因此,在试验条件下,安乡县皇竹草引种扩繁的最佳栽培模式为分段斜插模式。To find out the effect of different kinds of stem cultivation pattern on the success rate of introduction propagation of Anxiang pennisetum hydridum, 5 kinds of stem cultivation pattern were designed : 5 cm of soil covered the whole plant, 2 cm of soil covered the whole plant, 5 cm of soil covered the segmented plant, 2 cm of soil covered the segmented plant and the segmented plant was oblique inserted into the soil. The results showed that the pattern of the segmented plant was oblique inserted into the soil fastest emergence rate of 92.9% (20 days),concentrated emergence time ,rate was highest ,followed by the pattern of soil covered the segmented plant, and the soil covered the whole plant was the worst ;2 cm of soil covered covering 5 cm emergence period was short,with high rate.So under the condition of experiment,the pattern of the segmented plant oblique inserted into the soil was the best propagation pattern on Anxiang Pennisetum hydridum.
