摘　　要：高等学校生物学实验室是培养具有实践创新能力的高素质人才的场所,是实验教学、科学研究、服务社会的基地,需要用到大量化学药品、微生物和实验动物,其安全是教研正常开展的前提。结合多年工作实践,针对生物类实验废弃物的现状、有毒有害物的综合处置等具体操作技术和有效管理进行总结探讨,为师生营造一个安全和谐的教学环境。Biological laboratories in colleges and universities is to train highly qualified personnel in place with practical innovation ability, experimental teaching, scientific research, social services base, the need to use a large number of chemicals, microorganism and experimental animals, its security is a prerequisite for teaching and research work undertaken. Combined with years of practice forthe safe disposal of the integrated treatment of waste status quo biology experiments, the animals and noxious substance and effective management are summarized discussion for teachers and students to create a safe and harmonious environment experiment teaching.
