摘　　要：采用微型钛板固定技术的改良颈椎后路"单开门"椎管扩大术已成为治疗脊髓型颈椎病的主要术式。本文简要阐述该手术的适应证与禁忌证,手术方法与临床疗效,术后主要并发症,如术后"再关门"、轴性症状、C5神经根麻痹、术后颈椎曲度与活动度丢失等,及微型钛板固定技术的缺憾与不足。The modified single open-door laminoplasty using mini titanium plate fixation technique has became a main method of cervical spondylotic myelopathy treatments. This review briefly introduce its surgical indications and contraindications, technique, clinical efficacy and postoperative complications( i.e.reclose of the opened lamina, axial neck pain, C5 nerve root palsy, loss of cervical lordosis and range of motion). and also introduce the deficiencies of mini titanium plate fixed technique.
