喻昌《尚论篇》辨治喉症特色探析

摘　　要：喻昌在《尚论篇》中对咽痛、失音等喉症的辨治进行了系统的阐述,认为喉症的发生与少阴、厥阴、太阳、阳明等经脉的病变密切相关,临证时要把握即时病机,辨清寒热虚实,做到精准施治,这对指导耳鼻咽喉科临床具有着重要意义。YU Chang discribed the syndrome and treatment of throat disease such as pharyngodynia, aphonia and so on systematically in Shanglunpian and he believed that there had close relationship between throat disease and the meridians of Shaoyin,Jueyin,Taiyang and Yangming. YU Chang thought that it was very important for otorhinolaryngology in clinical and he asserted that the doctor should grasp prompt pathogenesis and discriminat cold - heat and deficiency - excess so as to get the precise treatmentThroat disease occurrence and Shaoyin and Jueyin, sun, Yangming meridians lesions are closely related,
