弹性髓内钉配合手法撬拨复位治疗儿童桡骨颈Ⅲ 、Ⅳ型骨折19例

摘　　要：目的：观察和总结弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法：对2007年1月—2015年1月本院收治的19例儿童桡骨颈Ⅲ、Ⅳ型骨折行弹性髓内钉配合手法撬拨复位治疗,并对治疗结果进行分析。结果：经治疗后,所有病例随访6-18月,采用Morrey肘关节评分标准,优13例、良5例,优良率94.7%。结论：弹性髓内钉配合手法撬拨复位是治疗儿童桡骨近端骨折Ⅲ、 Ⅳ型的理想方案。Objective：To investigate and sum up the clinical effect of treating radial neck fractures in children with elastic intramedullary nail. Methods： 19 cases of radial neck fractures in children were treated since January 2007 year to Januaiy 2015. They were treated with elastic stable intramedullary nail with poking reduction. Then the effect was evaluated by the experimental data. Results ： All cases were followed up from 6 to 18 months after the treatment according to the function of elbow joint evaluation method （ Morrey）. 13 cases were evaluated as excellent,5 cases were good, excellent efficacy was 94. 7%. Conclusion：Elastic intramedullary nail combined with poking reduction is the ideal regimen in the treatment of children with type Ⅲ, Ⅳ radial neck fractures.
