摘 要:以聚醚多元醇、二异氰酸酯和增塑剂等为原料经聚合反应,并加入潜固化剂,制备了潜固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料.通过潜固化剂、聚醚多元醇以及K 值对涂料性能影响的研究,确定了最佳用量.结果表明,当聚醚330N质量分数为20%-40% 、K 值为2 .0 -2 .4 、潜固化剂q-301的加入量KH( 以产生的活泼氢与NCO基摩尔比值计)为0. 8 -1. 0 时,所研制的潜固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料拥有优异的物理性能,而且涂膜密实、无气泡.该潜固化涂料低温固化快,贮存稳定性优异.The latent curing one-component polyurethane waterproof coatings were prepared by polyether poly-ol , diisocyanate, plasticizer and latent curing agent. The performance influences of latent curing agent, polyether polyol, R value on the properties of the coatings were investigated. The results showed th at, when the polyether 330N mass fraction of 20% to 40%, R value of 2. 0 to 2. 4, Rh of latent curing agent q-301 (the molar ratio of ac-tive hydrogen and NCO) in the range of 0. 8 to 1. 0, the latent curing one-component polyurethane waterproof coat-ings exhibited excellent physical properties. Dense films without bubbles were formed. The latent curing coatings had fast curing speed under low temperature and excellent storage stability.
