不同软段对水性聚氨酯性能影响的研究

摘　　要：分别以聚丙二醇(PPG)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMG)为多元醇组分,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为异氰酸酯组分,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,采用预聚体法合成一系列不同软段的水性聚氨酯(WPU)。讨论了聚醚二醇的种类及异氰酸酯指数(R值)对合成WPU乳液及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,当R值为1.15时,PTMG型WPU的干燥速率、成膜性均优于PPG型和PEG型WPU。当R值为1.2时,PTMG型WPU的粘结性能和拉伸性能均较优,耐水性最好;当R值为1.05时,PTMG型WPU的干燥速率最快,耐水性最差。A series of WPUs w e r e prepared b y m e a n s of the p r e p o l y m e r dispersion m e t h o d , polyoxypropylene glycol （PPG ） , polyoxyethylene glycol （PEG ） , polytetramethylene ether glycol （P T M G ） h a d b e e n respectively used as polyol component, isophorone diisocyanate（1PD 1） w e r e u s e d as isocyanate c o m p o n e n t, 2,2- dimethylol propionic acid （DMPA ） and 1 ,4-butanediol （BDO ） w e r e u s e d as chain extenders. T h e influences of the polyether glycol type and isocyanate index（ R v a l u e） o n the properties of WPU e m u l s i o n a n d film w e r e discussed. T h e results showed that, when the R value was 1. 15, drying rate a n d the film-forming properties of P T M G type WPU w e r e bet-ter than those of PPG and PEG type of WPU . When the R value w a s 1. 2, the a d h e s i o n, tensile properties a n d w a -ter resistivity of PTMG type WPU w e r e excellent. When the R value w a s 1. 05, the drying rate of P T M G type W P U was the fastest, and water resistivity w as the worst.
