摘  要:针对深水X70钢级管道维修时磨削防腐层时易过切、切断困难及多种机具配合作业效率低的问题,提出了"一次"装夹,多工序加工的新型多功能维修机具方案。机具通过铣削方法切断管道、去除焊冠、内外倒角,基于波形刃铣刀机床铣削实验,获得了铣削力经验公式;采用研磨盘去除防腐涂层,并设计了一种自适应管椭圆度变化的旋转柔顺机构,进行了磨削工具的水下作业力学分析;完成了机具的设计、制造及陆上作业试验。结果表明:磨削阻力矩随磨削压力和作业工具半径的增大显著增大;大直径波形刃铣刀切割X70钢级大壁厚管道时不夹刀、切管时间短;铣削力随刀具转速及进给速度的增大而增大,当铣削力达到5 000 N时,机具颤振明显;陆上试验与预期相符,验证了该方案的合理性,为工程样机的研制奠定了技术基础。According to the fact that anti-corrosion coating is easy to cut over by the grinding,the difficulty of cut-ting off deepwater X 70 steel grade pipeline and the low efficiency for alternately using various mechanisms,a new scheme of multifunctional pipeline repair machinery(MPRM ) was proposed with one time clamping but multistagemanufacturing. Cutting pipeline,removing welding crown and chamfering are achieved by milling method. Empiri-cal formula of milling force was obtained based on milling machine cutting X 70 pipeline using waved-edge millingcutter. A underwater mechanical analysis was performed for the grinding tool. Th e design and land test are comple-ted. The results showed that the grinding resistance torque increased with the increase of the grinding pressure andthe radius. The milling cutter was not clamped in cutting off pipeline with shorter cutting time. The milling force in-creased with the increase of cutting speed and feed rate. When the cutting force reached 5000N,the chatter of themachine was obvious. The results of test on shore verify the rationality of the design for MPRM . This study lays thetechnical foundation for the development of the engineering prototype.
