摘　　要：在对耗水型、需水型和治水型三大类企业进行实地调研的基础上,分析了绍兴市"五水共治"行业企业认知与参与的主要特点、存在问题,要从政府层面、行业企业层面、社会层面等构建"五水共治"行业企业参与机制与保障措施。Based on the investigation on the spots of three kinds enterprises of water-consumption, water-demand and water-control, the paper analyzes the main characteristics and the existing problems of industry-enterprises cognition and participation of “fve-kind water and joint control” in Shaoxing City. The paper puts forward to construct industry-enterprise participation mechanism and the safeguard measures of“fve-kind water and joint control” from the government administrative levels, industry-enterprise levels and social levels.
