摘　　要：经济新常态下,创新生态系统已成为一种新的市场竞争模式和创新范式,创新驱动的本质直接体现为创新生态系统的构建和优化。通过探讨创新生态系统的源起及必要性,构建了创新生态系统要素模型,包括有形资产"硬件"与无形机制"软件",其中体制机制作为活跃的创新要素,激发了热带雨林式创新,是创新生态系统的异质性所在。目前我国正处于向创新生态系统范式过渡阶段,应紧扣创新生态系统的内在特质,以我国创新活动中存在的问题为导向,从构建创新生态系统形成的基础体系、运行支撑体系、演化引导体系三个方面推进创新生态系统建设。Under the new economic pattern,innovation ecosystem has become a new mode of market competition and innovation paradigm.And the nature of innovation-driven embodies directly building and optimizing innovation ecosystems.In this paper the origin and necessity of the innovation ecosystem are discussed,then the innovation ecosystem formula including tangible ingredients ＂hardware＂ and invisible mechanism ＂software＂ is constructed.The mechanism ＂software＂ activates the innovation factors and stimulates the innovation of tropical rainforest.Now our country is in a transition phase towards innovation ecosystem paradigm.Based on the nature and characteristics of innovation ecosystem,we should promote the development of innovation ecosystem from three aspects：constructing the basic system of the formation,the supporting system of operation and the guiding system of evolution.
