摘　　要：科技金融的概念提出的时间不长,但日益受到政府、企业、金融机构等有关各方的重视。本文在文献梳理的基础上,通过对国内外相关经验的总结试图厘清科技金融的内含机理,进而从创新体系、服务体系两个方面界定科技金融的范围,然后对科技金融发展的思路进行了讨论。The time of the concept of science and technology finance proposed is not long, but it has been increasingly concerned by the government, enterprises, financial institutions and other relevant parties. In this paper, based on the literature review, through relevant experience at home and abroad, try to straighten out the inclusion mechanism of science and technology finance, then define the scope from two aspects of innovation system and service system, finally discuss ideas development in science and technology finance.
